I originally had an appointment at another salon and I told them when I booked I was looking for tea length. I drove all the way from Battle Creek just for them to say No we dont carry that. so I looked up dress stores near it and Lux 28 came up. I called and they said they carried tea length and no appointment needed. I am so glad I found this place. The girl up front was super nice, showed me around and explained how things worked. I found many dresses to try on and I ended up getting something that was tea length but a different design that I had in mind. There were so many beautiful dresses that I wish I was back in high school and could go to prom lol. Thank you for helping me out and being so kind. Will definitely come back for my next occasion!!

After leaving a 20-year career in the corporate financial world, dressing up just isn't something I do much anymore. So when I received an invitation to a black-tie event, I suddenly found myself needing a formal dress.
I happened to drive by Luxe on 28th and decided to stop in for a quick look. I was absolutely amazed! The young woman helping me was fantastic. She took the time to understand what I needed, listened to what I was comfortable with, and guided me through the entire process without making me feel pressured.
I left with a beautiful dress that made me feel confident and elegant, and the price was much better than I expected. The customer service was exceptional, and the whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend Luxe to anyone looking for a special outfit and personalized service!

I had such a great experience shopping here. I never got to get a really nice prom dress growing up, so this was such a treat to get to do this kind of shopping as an adult. I found a one of a kind dress and was kindly offered a discount on the gown I purchased as well. Excellent customer service and care from these ladies!

Took my daughter here to look for a prom dress. The young lady, who was also a senior, that assisted us was so sweet and kind. My daughter was shy and the young lady made her feel comfortable and confident trying on dresses. And together they found the perfect one. Excellent experience!

I came in last week, looking for a dress for graduation. I thought I needed an appointment, apparently not. They were very accommodating, and helped me figure out what colors worked best with my skin tone. The girl knew what she was doing styling wise, and it made everything less stressful. I was in and out in 30 minutes with the perfect dress!

We drove up about an hour to look at prom dresses. We arrived an hour before closing. I just wanted to say what an amazing job Abigail did helping us! She was great! She helped my daughter and me every step of the way. She helped her feel like this was a special occasion and I as being treated as such! She helped her get dresses done up and lay right! Got her different choices if one didn’t fit. We were not rushed by her at all. She did an amazing job! We have been to several dress shops and this was the best experience yet! Just wanted to take a minute to give a shout out to you her amazing customer service and attention to detail! We will likely be back next prom because she was so great! Thanks again!!

I walked in for the first time. I was greeted and given an overview of the store. I was shopping off the rack for a gala. I tried on 3 dresses, loved one...and it was marked down.

Very kind and professional! I went in having no idea about my size. The person that helped was named cassie and she absolutely got me hooked up! I got a one of a kind dress it was absolutely amazing and fun being my very first time dress shopping! Would definitely recommend!

I found the perfect dress for my anniversary here, I was driving by and decided to go in. The stylist that worked with me listed to all my requirements and brought me great options. It was a smooth process, start to finish, and she wasn’t pushy which is a huge plus. Im going back just to look at everything they have there.

My daughter signed up for the modeling program here, and she loves it there.The staff is so sweet and accommodating, and we have fun during the photoshoots, its very relaxed. All women staff is a plus!
